Costs covered by health insurance

As a rule, health insurance does not cover the costs.

Please contact your health insurance company for information on any exceptions (e.g. voluntary statutory benefits, system failure) before you start the service. If you have private health insurance with full or supplementary insurance and are entitled to benefits, you may be entitled to reimbursement of your costs from your insurance company/benefit provider. You must clarify this before starting treatment. You must also always carry out the reimbursement procedure with your private health insurance company on your own responsibility. Reimbursements are generally limited to the rates of the fee schedule for alternative practitioners. Any differences between the amounts from the fee schedule and the contractually agreed alternative practitioner's fee must be borne by you.

The results of all reimbursement procedures have no influence on the agreed alternative practitioner fee. You must settle my fee claim in full, irrespective of any insurance and/or subsidy benefits.

Cancellation of appointments

Treatment appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance - otherwise I reserve the right to charge for them (pro rata).
